Snakebite Bale was slow to begin. Snakebite Bale checked off Dyna Krypto soon after the start. Dyna Krypto crossed to the outside soon after the start, checking Storm Trooper and Elite Swift. Addictive Drew, Dyna Krypto and Snakebite Bale collided on the first turn. Elite Swift checked off Snakebite Bale on the first turn and collided with Elsa Bale. Dyna Krypto and Snakebite Bale collided on the home turn. Storm Trooper raced wide approaching the winning post. 

Dyna Overt, Apparently Not, Dyna Maddie and Excel Like Moses collided soon after the start. Dyna Overt and Apparently Not collided approaching the first turn and on the first turn, checking Magic Bunny. Winthrop Flyer and Excel Like Moses collided on the first turn. Dyna Maddie checked off Winthrop Flyer on the second turn. Winthrop Flyer and Bopa Allen collided on the home turn. Magic Bunny and Apparently Not collided on the home turn. 

Galloping Delta was slow to begin. Dyna Irminus and Pretostella collided soon after the start, checking Dyna Irminus, Pretostella and Dilly Allen. Allen Zhara and Dyna Irminus collided on the first turn. Dyna Nerf and Galloping Delta collided on the first turn and approaching the second turn, checking both greyhounds. Dilly Allen raced wide approaching the second turn. Pretostella checked off Allen Zhara on the home turn. 

Galloping Delta was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left fore toe, a twenty-one day stand down period was imposed.

Crucify was slow to begin. Carly Jay, Black Pontiac and Greysynd Chief collided approaching the first turn. Greysynd Chief checked off Helga Bale in the back straight and collided with Red Superman. Greysynd Chief checked off Red Superman on the home turn. Black Pontiac tired over the concluding stages of the event. 

Black Pontiac was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

A sample was taken from Legend - the winner of the event. 

This race started 2 minutes late due to Sky Channel commitments at Blayney harness. 

Able Chief was slow to begin. Flying Kayla checked off Lawman on the first turn and raced wide. Rise Above It checked off Able Chief in the front straight. Able Chief checked off Natural Oak in the back straight. Natural Oak and Lawman collided in the back straight. Lawman and Rise Above It collided on the fourth turn. Flying Kayla contacted the running rail and lost considerable ground on the fourth turn. 

A sample was taken from Lynlea Jake - the winner of the event. 

Flying Kayla was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a superficial wound to the left hock, no stand down period was imposed. 

Robbie Lee was quick to begin. Show Dawn and Sparkletini collided approaching the first turn. Show Dawn and Bird Special collided on the first turn. Robbie Lee and Our Spinner collided on the first turn and again approaching the second turn. Sparkletini checked off Show Dawn on the first turn and raced wide. Robbie Lee, Letron James and Invictus Gypsy collided on the second turn, checking Letron James. Show Dawn raced wide in the back straight. Bird Special checked off Invictus Gypsy on the home turn. Show Dawn raced wide in the home straight. 

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Fantastic Skye, a post race sample was subsequently taken. 

Tollbar was slow to begin. Aqua Vitae and George Sannette collided soon after the start. Crackerjack Burn, Gardsman, Aqua Vitae, George Sannette and Mepunga Ledger collided on the first turn, checking Crackerjack Burn and Gardsman, causing Aqua Vitae to fall. George Sannette checked off Mepunga Ledger on the second turn. Gardsman and George Sannette collided on the home turn. 

Aqua Vitae was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained superficial wounds, a five day stand down period was imposed. 

A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Kay Kayla, a post race sample was subsequently taken. 

Strezelecki was quick to begin. Gia, Invictus Lawless and Trewmann collided soon after the start. Gia and Trewmann collided on the first turn. Trewmann galloped on the heels of Kay Kayla on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Dyna Ditto, Gia, Invictus Lawless and Trewmann collided on the first turn, checking Gia, Invictus Lawless and Trewmann. 

Connemara Xav was slow to begin. Kayoko Magic and Chivalry collided on the first turn, checking Chivalry and causing Kayoko Magic to race wide. Dick Dastardly raced wide on the first turn. Connemara Xav and Andy Jay collided on the first turn. Coffee Elizabeth and Snooky collided on the second turn. Connemara Xav checked off Chivalry on the fourth turn. Dick Dastardly raced wide approaching the winning post. 

Dick Dastardly was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Fire Woman was a late scratching at 1:54PM due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. T. Scott was fined the sum of $100.

Cheeky Hand was quick to begin. Oscar De Snowman was slow to begin. Under Taker, Our Murray Grey and Shattered Ice collided on the first turn. Under Taker checked off Shattered Ice on the second turn, checking Oscar De Snowman. 

Oscar De Snowman, which preformed below market expectations, was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Stewards spoke to Mr.D.Brennan, the trainer of  Cerberus regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Cerberus last raced on 29 July 2015. Mr.Brennan  stated that  the greyhound was resuming racing following an injury to the right wrist.

Tekki Tinker, Mr. Leigh and Miss Tricky were slow to begin. Invictus Ash, Cerberus and Miss Tricky collided soon after the start, checking Miss Tricky and Cerberus. Dagwood and Brandon's Way collided approaching the first turn. Mr. Leigh and Cerberus collided approaching the first turn, causing Cerberus to race wide. Invictus Ash raced wide entering the back straight and lost ground. Dagwood and Mr. Leigh collided in the back straight. Dagwood checked off Asterix Rose approaching the home turn. Brandon's Way and Miss Tricky collided on the home turn. Mr. Leigh cramped approaching the winning post. it was noted that Invictus Ash tailed off.

Invictus Ash was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained inflamation to the left wrist, a twenty-one day stand down period was imposed. 

Mr. Leigh was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained cramp, no stand down period was imposed. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Clarke the representative of the greyhound Mr. Leigh.  Acting in accordance withGAR 71(Cramp),Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
