A pre race sample was taken from Catalan Flyer.
The start of this event was delayed by approximately 2 minutes after a late departure from the kennels due to pre race preparation and application of tape/bandage endorsements.
Catalan Flyer and Two Point Two were quick to begin. Beyond Manapa, Dr. Luvdisc and Loving Angels were slow to begin. Move That Energy and Heidi's Jewel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Heidi's Jewel and Loving Angels collided approaching the home turn checking Heidi's Jewel. Heidi's Jewel raced wide on the home turn.
MEETING COMMENTS:
Satisfactory Trial Results - Cable Runner trialled over the 440m from box 8, weight 35.0kgs, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25:13, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 17.5 lengths. Cable Runner was not Cleared.
