Slipaway Bolt was quick to begin. Buddy Goode was slow to begin. Sabjorn Bale, Country Jane, Carry On Quinney and Alezan collided soon after the start checking Carry On Quinney and Alezan. Sabjorn Bale and Country Jane collided approaching the first turn. Buddy Goode, County Jane and Carry On Quinney collided on the first turn checking Buddy Goode. Sabjorn Bale checked off Slipaway Bolt on the first turn. Country Jane and Carry On Quinney collided several times on the home turn. Alezan checked off Lettuce On Hold in the home straight.
