Lethal Gun and Atlas Roughhead collided soon after the start checking Lethal Gun. Ming Men Shen and Blingsteen collided soon after the start. Ming Men Shen, Snap Hook, Blingsteen and Crackerjack Andy collided approaching the first turn checking Ming Men Shen. Snap Hook, Blingsteen, Crackerjack andy and Jetmag Gemstone collided on the first turn checking Snap Hook, Blingsteen, Crackerjack Andy and Lethal Gun. Ming Men Shen checked off Snap Hook approaching the home turn. Blingsteen and Jetmag Gemstone collided entering the home straight.
Lethal Gun was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its left monkey muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
