Steward's Report
Pre race samples were taken from Dewana Savanna unplaced in the event.
All Sky Girl and Lone Survivor were slow to begin. Sorcerer's Hat, Dewana Savanna and Master Lachlan collided soon after the start checking Sorecerer's Hat. Dewana Savanna and Master Lachlan collided approaching the first turn. Sorcerer's Hat, Dewana Savanna and Dewana Cheque collided on the first turn checking Dewana Savanna, All Sky Girl, Lone Survivor and severely checking Dewana Cheque which stumbled. Lone Survivor raced wide in the back straight. Dewana Savanna and All Sky Girl collided on the home turn.
Dewana Cheque was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left wrist injury and minor grazes, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
