Steward's Report
Kosi Can was a late scratching at 10.12AM due to illness. (GAR 37). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate, before any future nomination will be accepted.
Whodat Knockin', Nockabout Aussie, Best Friend and Zipping Boof were slow to begin. Best Friend and Zipping Boof collided soon after the start. Best Friend checked off Kapalos on the first turn and raced wide as a result. Whodat Knockin' galloped on Cairnlea Ellie approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Nockabout Aussie was held up for a run on the home turn.
Cairnlea Ellie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained Left Monkey Injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
