A pre-race sample was taken from Go Vicky upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Allen Boydy, Bamba Lam Barney and Undaunted were slow to begin.
Allen Boydy checked off Bamba Lam Barney approaching the first turn. Hit The Highway and All Inn Together collided on the first turn checking Go Vicki. Bamba Lam Barney checked off Destini Surfer on the first turn checking Undaunted. Go Vicki checked off All Inn Together entering the front straight. Go Vicki and All Inn Together collided several times on the fourth turn checking both greyhounds, Go Vicki stumbled as a result. Bamba Lam Barney clipped the heels of Thomas Dee in the home straight.
