Mr. G Campbell was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration papers/registration card were produced for the greyhound Obi Kenobi pursuant to GAR 33.
Pursuant to GAR 104(6) Starter Mr. R Leseur did not act in any official capacity for this event.
Gold Vein, Kuta's Lad and Revision collided soon after the start checking Gold Vein. Allen Oregon, Gold Vein and Revision collided approaching the first turn checking Gold Vein and Kuta's Lad. Revision and Cairnlea Lewis collided approaching the second turn checking Cairnlea Lewis which faltered and tailed off. Obi Kenobi and Kuta's Lad collided approaching the third turn checking Kuta's Lad. Gold Vein and Revision collided approaching the third turn and again on the third turn.
Cairnlea Lewis was vetted and re-vetted following event 7. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hock and right monkey muscle injury, a 21 stand down period was imposed.
