An Out of Competition Sample was taken from Aston Gisle, engaged in this event, on 26/10/16 pursuant to GAR 79A.
A pre-race sample was taken from Shy Freddie upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Flyrite was quick to begin. Rock Me checked off Flyrite soon after the start. Flyrite, Suffragette and Turbo Road collided approaching the first turn, checking Suffragette and Rock Me. Zippy Daph and Shy Freddie collided approaching the first turn, checking Zippy Daph. Rock Me contacted the running rail on the first turn. Turbo Road and Aston Gisle collided approaching the second turn, checking Zippy Daph, Aston Gisle and Shy Freddie. Zippy Daph checked off Aston Gisle entering the back straight. Flyrite and Suffragette collided on the third turn, checking Suffragette and Turbo Road. Aston Gisle checked off Turbo Road approaching the home turn. Zippy Daph galloped on the heels of Aston Gisle on the home turn and collided with Rock Me. Flyrite and Suffragette collided entering the home straight.
