Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. R. Chivell, the handler of Krystals The One regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Krystals The One last raced on 18th July, 2016. Mr. Chivell stated that the greyhound was new to the kennel.
A pre-race sample was taken from Shifty Lilly upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Smashing Evie was quick to begin. Lektra Flame was slow to begin. Burn Like Fire and Shifty Lilly collided soon after the start, checking Shifty Lilly. Lektra Flame and Krystals The One collided approaching the first turn. Cosmic Kilby and Calvin Candie collided approaching the first turn, checking Calvin Candie. Krystals The One and Cosmic Kilby collided on the first turn, checking Cosmic Kilby and Lektra Flame. Smashing Evie and Krystals The One collided on the first turn.
