Violet Allen raced wide on the home turn. Mr Perfect and Zoltan Bale collided entering the home straight. Lektra Peck raced wide in the home straight, checking Violet Allen. Mr Perfect and Zoltan Bale collided approaching the winning post. Spring Alis and Pictish Mark collided approaching the winning post.

Mr Perfect was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right chest muscle and left thigh, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
