Steward's Report
Irish Down Under and Soda Man were quick to begin. To The Galo's was slow to begin. Grand Legacy and Lollie Livewire collided soon after the start. To The Galo's and Grand Legacy collided approaching the first turn checking Grand Legacy, severely checking Lollie Livewire. Grand Legacy and Blingtastic collided on the first turn. To The Galo's checked off Tat Jocko on the first turn. Grand Legacy eased on the first turn.
Grand Legacy was vetted following the event and was revetted following Race 11. It was reported that the greyhound sustained left hind lameness and a laceration to the medial tibia. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards issued a warning to Mr P. Dapiran, trainer of Grand Legacy regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn.
