This event was rescheduled to 3:01pm.
A pre-race sample was taken from Roll 'Em Missy.
Cool Sam faltered approaching the first turn and tailed off as a result. Phil Miyoot checked off Better Beware approaching the first turn. Phil Miyoot and Buckle Up Omnin collided on the first turn checking Buckle Up Omnin. Better Beware and Oxygen Bandit collided approaching the home turn. Phil Miyoot raced wide approaching the home turn checking Buckle Up Omnin. Star Lord and Better Beware collided on the home turn causing both greyhounds to race wide; Phil Miyoot was checked as a result.
Cool Sam was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right back muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Emily's Kitty, the winner of the event.
