The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Sweet Chilly and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 11.34AM due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Ms. T. Turnbull was fined the sum of $100.
Dublin Bull and Jolly Beggarman were slow to begin. Jolly Beggarman and Indi Allen collided soon after the start. Jolly Beggarman and Magic Max collided on the first turn checking Jolly Beggarman.
