Iyliss Bale was quick to begin. Cruisy's Gift and Ulala Bale were slow to begin. Nazareth Bale and Saintly Miss collided soon after the start checking Nazareth Bale. Straw Hat Luffy and Saintly Miss collided approaching the first turn. Cruisy's Gift faltered on the first turn and tailed off as a result. Nazareth Bale checked off Saintly Miss approaching the home turn.
Cruisy's Gift was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right back muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
