Stewards spoke to Ms. G. Lemin, the representative of Phoenix Czar regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Phoenix Czar last raced on 6th April, 2016 and is returning to racing after an illness. Ms. Lemin also declared a new weight of 36.2kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Phoenix Czar last raced at 35.0kgs.
