Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Black Edge upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Thelma's Man checked off Claretown Louise soon after the start. Don's Racer and Tigra Tron collided soon after the start checking Tigra Tron. Tigra Tron and Firing Point collided approaching the first turn checking Tigra Tron which collided with Black Edge as a result. Tigra Tron raced wide in the home straight.
A sample was taken from Bert's Special, the second placegetter in this event.
