Scandel Blues crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Like Caitlin and Shez A Sprite. Gunabe A Surgeon and Scandel Blues collided approaching the first turn checking Scandel Blues. Scandel Blues and Drobbers collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Red Bicycle checked off Sheza Winslow approaching the home turn checking Sheza Winslow and severely checking Red Bicycle.
Red Bicycle was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right coupling muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
