Stewards spoke to Mr. I. Chircop, the trainer of Satisfy regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Satisfy last raced on 27th February, 2016. Mr. Chircop stated that the greyhound was returning to race following a fractured fibula. Mr. Chircop also declared a new weight of 30.9kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Satisy last raced at 29.3kg..
Satisfy and Cheese Delight were slow out and collided soon after the start. Senni Richard and Platinum Doll collided soon after the start. Platinum Doll checked off Cheese Delight approaching the home turn. Platinum Doll and Cheese Delight collided approaching the winning post.
