Iroquois Drum, Lord Kitchener, Daintree Trippin and Little Bobby were slow to begin. Zatmine and Iroquois Drum collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Iroquois Drum contacted the running rail on the first turn, checking Lord Kitchener. Elite Lucy, Rowdy Rousey and Wentworth Bea collided on the first turn. Rowdy Rousey checked off Wentworth Bea entering the front straight. Wentworth Bea checked off Daintree Trippin on the third turn. Zatmine and Wentworth Bea collided approaching the fourth turn. Lord Kitchener checked off Wentworth Bea approaching the home turn. Wentworth Bea contacted the running rail on the home turn and collided with Lord Kitchener. 

Wentworth Bea was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left hind webbbing, a seven day stand down period was imposed.

Jet Setting and Jodiels were slow to begin. Purple Pie, Magic Bunny, Immeasurable and Rumbalina collided soon after the start, causing Immeasurable to fall. Purple Pie and Magic Bunny collided on the first turn, checking Purple Pie. Rumbalina raced wide on the first turn. Purple Pie and Rumbalina collided approaching the second turn. Vasile Boy eased on the third turn and raced wide. Purple Pie checked off Rumbalina approaching the winning post. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. V. Mihalache, the trainer of the greyhound Vasile Boy regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the third turn. Vasile Boy was vetted and re-vetted following the event five.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left hind tricep muscle, a ten stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Vasile Boy with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Mihalache pleaded guilty to the charge, Vasile Boy was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Purple Pie was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Brown, the trainer of the greyhound Purple Pie.  Stewards deemed the performance of Purple Pie unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Purple Pie must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Immeasurable was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. 

Rumbalina was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Alpha Adonis was slow to begin. Amaroo Sand Man and Able Chief collided soon after the start. Amaroo Sand Man and Houston Bale collided on the first turn. Amaroo Sand Man and Able Chief collided on the first turn. Alpha Adonis and Houston Bale collided entering the front straight, checking Houston Bale which raced wide. Amaroo Sand Man and Able Chief collided approaching the third turn. Amaroo Sand Man and Houston Bale collided approaching the home turn.

Robartette, Coolan Lad and Child's Dream were slow to begin. Robartette and Coolan Lad collided soon after the start. Mabuti Girl and Just Wins collided on the first turn. Rules Apply and Thunder Raz collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Robartette faltered on the second turn and raced wide as a result. Robartette lost considerable ground as a result. Rules Apply checked off Thunder Raz on the second turn. Robartette lost ground from the third turn to the home turn. 

Robartette was vetted and re-vetted following event seven. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left front stopper bone and soreness to the second and fifth sesamoids, a fourteen day stand down period was imposed. 

Lady Goldenpaw was quick to begin. Cosmic Vee Bee and Volksjager Blue collided soon after the start. Rain Stream, Cosmic Vee Bee, Volksjager Blue, Zipping Nelson and Photon Jewel collided approaching the first turn, checking Volksjager Blue, Zipping Nelson and Photon Jewel; Zipping Nelson and Photon Jewel raced wide as a result. Rain Stream checked off Why Not Donna on the second turn. Zipping Nelson and Volksjager Blue collided on the third turn, checking Volksjager Blue. Zipping Nelson and Photon Jewel collided on the fourth turn, checking Photon Jewel. Cosmic Vee Bee and Lady Goldenpaw collided in the home straight, checking Lady Goldenpaw. 

Tangam Flash and Daintree Puzzle were quick to begin. No Boots and Tekki Tinker were slow to begin. Tekki Tinker checked off Changing Lights soon after the start and raced wide approaching the first turn. Tangam Flash, Dyna Lemmy and No Boots collided on the first turn, checking Tangam Flash, Dyna Lemmy, No Boots and Tekki Tinker. Dyna Lemmy and No Boots collided several times approaching the second turn to the second turn, checking both greyhounds. Changing Lights raced wide on the home turn. 

Blue Giant, Shared Equity and Andiamo Neo were slow to begin. Blue Giant and Shared Equity collided soon after the start. Blue Giant checked off Feel The Wrath approaching the first turn. Humming Birdhill, Narralee and Feel The Wrath collided approaching the first turn, checking Feel The Wrath, severely checking Narralee, Shared Equity and Andiamo Neo. Shared Equity and Andiamo Neo raced wide as a result. Narralee and Blue Giant collided on the first turn and again approaching the second turn, checking Narralee. Blue Giant checked off Shared Equity on the third turn, checking Narralee. 

Super Songbird was quick to begin. Da Swan was slow to begin. Demo Lad, It's A Blast, Somebody's Image and Kimanator collided approaching the first turn, checking It's A Blast, Pearce, Somebody's Image and Kimanator. It's A Blast and Pearce raced wide as a result. Da Swan checked off Kimanator approaching the second turn, checking Kiminator and severely checking Da Swan and Somebody's Image, which raced wide as a result. Demo Lad, Super Songbird and It's A Blast collided on the second turn, checking Super Songbird and Pearce, which raced wide as a result. Super Songbird and Pearce collided in the back straight, checking Super Songbird. Da Swan lost ground in the back straight. Super Songbird and Somebody's Image collided approaching the home turn, severely checking Super Songbird. Kimanator and pearce collided on the home turn. Awesome To Excel and Kimanator collided entering the home straight.

Uno Sparti and Igor Karkaroff collided on the first turn, checking Igor Karkaroff, Barnaby Boy, Zipping Cash, Alpha Aphrodite and Stealthy Who. Zipping Tazz and Uno Sparti collided on the first turn. Alpha Aphrodite and Alpha Ares collided approaching the second turn. Barnaby Boy and Zipping Cash collided approaching the second turn. Stealthy Who, Barnaby Boy and Zipping Cash collided on the second turn, checking Barnaby Boy, Stealthy Who and Igor Karkaroff and severely checking Zipping Cash. Ice Contractor was quick to begin. Wilson's Dream was slow to begin. Sanzman checked off Sping Pride soon after the start. Claremorris, Spring Pride and Shout Out Loud collided approaching the first turn, checking Spring Pride, Buckle Up Alex and Tycoon Diamond; Shout Out Loud raced wide as a result. Sanzman and Tycoon Diamond collided in the back straight, checking Tycoon Diamond. Shout Out Loud, Buckle Up Alex and Tycoon Diamond collided on the fourth turn, checking Shout Out Loud. Sanzman and Wilson's Dream collided on the home turn. Claremorris and Tycoon Diamond collided on the home turn, checking Claremorris. Sping Pride and Ice Contractor collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight, checking Ice Contractor. Ice Contractor and Buckle Up Alex collided in the home straight, checking Ice Contractor. Buckle Up Alex, Spring Pride and Tycoon Diamond collided approaching the winning post. 

Bounty was quick to begin. Proven Latte, Call Me Scary and Rapid Incline were slow to begin. Roo Dee and Sisco Flyer collided soon after the start. Rapid Incline checked off Call Me Scary approaching the first turn. Bounty, Night Phantom and Inter Carmella collided on the first turn, checking Bounty. Proven Latte, Rapid Incline and Call Me Scary collided approaching the second turn, checking Call Me Scary. Call Me Scary raced wide in the back straight. Bounty, Proven Latte and Sisco Flyer collided on the third turn, checking Proven Latte. Night Phantom and Roo Dee raced wide in the home straight. Rapid Incline checked off Bounty approaching the winning post. 

Meeting Details:

Satisfactory Trial Results - Miss Society trialled over the 515m from box 4, weight 26.8kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 29.67, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 11 lengths. Miss Society was Cleared.
