Steward's Report
Galloping Rocky was slow to begin.
Ringer, Decanus, Six Green Thumbs and Jokowi collided soon after the start checking Decanus and Six Green Thumbs. Ringer and Jokowi collided on the first turn checking Jokowi. Ringer and Razldazl Pacino collided on the first turn. Six Green Thumbs, Black Velcro and Galloping Rocky collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds and causing all three greyhounds to race wide. Razldazl Pacino and Wadelock Bill collided on the third turn. Decanus faltered entering the back straight and lost considerable ground as a result which caused Black Velcro and Galloping Rocky to be checked. Galloping Rocky checked off Black Velcro on the fourth turn.
Decanus which tailed off and was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a broken right hock, a 30 day stand down period was imposed.
