Steward's Report
Zipping Scarlet was a late scratching at 9.52AM due to injury.(GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.
Ninety Five was quick to begin. Sisco Wake was slow to begin.
Uncle Ant and Tribal Faith collided approaching the first turn checking Uncle Ant. Tribal Faith raced wide in the front straight. Vernon Bale and Ninety Five collided in the back straight. Uncle Ant, Tribal Faith and Dancing Pumps collided on the fifth turn checking Uncle Ant and Dancing Pumps. Tribal Faith raced wide in the home straight. Sisco Wake tied in the concluding stages of the event.
Mr J. Galea representing trainer Ms. D. Galea explained to stewards that in his opinion Sisco Wake has difficulty in running out a strong 715mtrs. Sisco Wake was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
