Yaris Bale and Kawasaki Rose were quick to begin.  Morello and Deano's Gadget collided soon after the start.  Pretty Bale and Glitterbug collided approaching the first turn.  Virginia Rose and My Name's Debbie collided approaching the first turn.  Glitterbug, Morello and My Name's Debbie collided on the first turn checking My Name's Debbie.  Pretty Bale and Deano's Gadget collided in the home straight.

Enjoy Cruising and Bronco De Jurer were slow to begin.  Athos, Come On Fantasy, Whodat Knockin', Clash Of Kings and Kang Bale collided on the first turn severely checking Come On Fantasy.  Enjoy Cruising and Bronco De Jurer collided on the first turn.  Whodat Knockin' and Clash Of Kings collided on the second turn.  Bronco De Jurer and Whodat Knockin' collided approaching the fourth turn.  Athos and Clash Of Kings collided entering the home straight.

Come On Fantasy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

What's Chewing, Starc, Weblec Rose and Quantum Bale collided soon after the start checking What's Chewing and Starc.  Razldazl Pacino, Dynamic Punch and Broadway Miss collided on the first turn.  Weblec Rose and Broadway Miss collided approaching the second turn.  Razldazl Pacino and Dynamic Punch collided on the second turn checking Razldazl Pacino.   Weblec Rose and Broadway Miss collided on the second turn checking Weblec Rose.  Razldazl Pacino and Quantum Bale collided on the second turn.  Weblec Rose and Superfonic collided in the back straight checking Superfonic.  Starc and Weblec Rose collided approaching the home turn.  Broadway Miss marred the running of Dynamic Punch in the home straight.

Broadway Miss was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right calf and right triangle muscle, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.   Stewards spoke to Mr M. Carter, Trainer of Broadway Miss.  Acting under GAR 69(1), Stewards charged Broadway Miss with marring.  Mr Carter pleaded guilty to the charge, Broadway Miss was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at The Meadows and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Some Tricks, Greysynd Emma and Sutton Club were slow to begin.  Greysynd Emma checked off All Bar One approaching the first turn.  Greysynd Emma and Sutton Club collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Keep Warm checked off Some Tricks on the first turn checking Greysynd Emma and Sutton Club.  Greysynd Emma and Sutton Club collided approaching the third turn.  Gary Doogan and Aston Gatum collided on the home turn.  Noosa Jet checked off Aston Gatum on the home turn.

Compa Allen checked off Pipeline Rumour on the second turn.  Zipping Eastwood checked off Secret Spell on the home turn.  Pipeline Rumour checked off Secret Spell in the home straight.

Bruce Tycoon and Dyna Brainiac were slow to begin.  Shared Bonus and Hercules Bale collided soon after the start.  Hercules Bale checked off Short Cake Cloud approaching the first turn.  Mystic Twist, Dyna Brainiac, Cosmic Yap, Dyna Tiber and Short Cake Cloud collided approaching the first turn checking Mystic Twist, Short Cake Cloud, Cosmic Yap and Dyna Brainiac.  Cosmic Yap checked off Bruce Tycoon on the first turn checking Dyna Brainiac.  Short Cake Cloud checked off Mystic Twist on the second turn.  Hercules Bale and Mystic Twist collided approaching the third turn checking both greyhounds.  Mystic Twist checked off Dyna Brainiac approaching the home turn.

Lakerville was slow to begin.  Jordy Shiack, Midnight Flynn, Yanick Allen, Polly Bale and Bambi Boucheau collided on the first turn checking Polly Bale and Lakerville, severely checking Jordy Shiack, Midnight Flynn and Yanick Allen.  Lakerville checked off Bambi Boucheau on the second turn.  Bambi Boucheau and Lakerville collided entering the back straight.
