A pre-race sample was taken from Tapping Tears upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
A pre-race sample was taken from Still Destined.
Bandit's Girls and Moltisanti were quick to begin. Black Train and Still Destined collided soon after the start and again on the first turn severely checking Black Train and Dr. Poppel.
Black Train was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left pencil muscle and left monkey muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
