Lithgow Panther, Dublin Bull, Headline and White Bandit were slow to begin.
Lithgow Panther and Dublin Bull collided soon after the start. Fabregal and Headline collided soon after the start. Headline and White Bandit collided on the first turn causing White Bandit to fall. Headline and Fabregal collided on the second turn. Dublin Bull, Headline and Fabregal collided entering the back straight.
White Bandit was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a tail base injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
