She's Got Dash, Rosie Riccarton and What Iam Iam collided soon after the start. What Iam Iam checked off Dyna Boomer on the first turn and raced wide checking Sea Fever.  Rosie Riccarton raced wide approaching the second turn checking What Iam Iam.  She's Got Dash brushed the running rail approaching the second turn.  Shark Fever and Aston Gisle collided on the second turn and again on the home turn.  Aston Gisle, Shark Fever and Dyna Boomer collided entering the home straight.  She's Got Dash and Sea Fever collided entering the home straight.  Shark Fever and Dyna Boomer collided in the home straight.

Addictive Bryce and Aston Amon were quick to begin.  Why Not Barrel was slow to begin.

What's Up Trumps and Blanco Canyon collided on the first turn.  Blanco Canyon and Gabonia collided entering the front straight checking Gabonia.  Addictive Bryce and It's A Fling collided in the front straight.  Fear The Boss and Aston Amon collided entering the back straight.  Addictive Bryce and It's A Fling collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.  What's Up Trumps and Why Not Barrel collided on the home turn.  Fear The Boss and Aston Amon collided in the home straight.  

Aston Amon was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left hind spike wound and a left wrist injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre race sample was taken from Bracket Creep.

Rosie Sprite and Shanlyn George collided soon after the start.  Bracket Creep crossed to the rail soon after the start and collided with It's A Blast and Lucky Brew.  In Dee Genes and Repelo Muggletum collided soon after the start.  Jimary Magic, Lucky Brew and Bracket Creep collided on the first turn checking Bracket Creep, Shanlyn George, In Dee Genes, Repelo Muggletum and severely checking Lucky Brew and It;s A Flash, Jimary Magic fell as a result.  Bracket Creep and Shanlyn George collided on the second turn.  Shanlyn George and Repelo Muggletum collided on the third tiurn checking Repelo Muggletum.  In Dee Genes and Repelo Muggletum collided several times approaching the home turn to the home turn checking Lucky Brew.  In Dee Genes and Repelo Muggletum collided in the home straight.

Jimary Magic was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left and right deltoid injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Lithgow Panther, Dublin Bull, Headline and White Bandit were slow to begin.

Lithgow Panther and Dublin Bull collided soon after the start.  Fabregal and Headline collided soon after the start.  Headline and White Bandit collided on the first turn causing White Bandit to fall.  Headline and Fabregal collided on the second turn.  Dublin Bull, Headline and Fabregal collided entering the back straight.

White Bandit was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a tail base injury, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Call Me Gee was quick to begin.

My Reason and Who Told Red collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Fearless John crossed the rail on the first turn and collided with Tuxedo Black, Elite Enfield and One For Me checking Tuxedo Black. My Reason and Who Told Red collided on the first turn.  My Reason galloped on Who Told Red approaching the second turn and raced wide.  Elite Enfield galloped on Shared Bonus in the back straight checking both greyhounds.

Samples were taken from placegetters - Call Me Gee (1st), Tuxedo Black (2nd) and One For Me (3rd).

A pre race sample was taken from Emily Jane.

It's A Bird and Alpha David were slow to begin.  Bobby Bound was very slow to begin (3 lengths).

It's A Bird, Alpha David and Tricky Mover collided on the first turn checking Alpha David.  Bobby Bound and Mademoiselle Sox collided entering the front straight checking Mademoiselle Sox.  Aplha David and Tricky Mover raced wide entering the front straight.  It's A Bird and You Can Jive collided on the fifth turn checking It's A Bird.  Aplha David checked off Mademoiselle Sox on the home turn.

A pre-race sample was taken from Margins upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling. 

Buck Forty, Dr. Leonardo, Allen Membo, Reichenbach, Margins and Sausage Sizzle collided on the first turn checking Dr. Leonard, Reichenbach and Margins. Chrichton Bale and Blue Revolver collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Allen Membo and Reichenbach collided entering the front straight checking Allen Membo, Reichenbach and Margins.  Allen Membo and Margins collided in the front straight.

A sample was taken from Buck Fortry - winner of the event.

K. Heinrich, representative of Folio Bale declared a new weight of 28.9 for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Folio Bale last raced at 27.4.

A pre race sample was taken from Blazin' Bomber.

Invictus Rapid and Folio Bale were slow to begin.

Diego Bale, Blazin' Bomber and Both Sides Now collided approaching the first turn.  Diego Bale, Emrys and Invictus Rapid collided on the first turn checking Emrys.  Both Sides Now checked off Invictus Rapid on the second turn.  Blazin' Bomber, Invictus Rapid and Folio Bale collided entering the back straight checking Blazin' Bomber and Invictus Rapid.

Samples were taken from Allen Terminator (1st) and Diego Bale (2nd).

Spring Patsy was quick to begin.  Silky Sock and Nessa Shim were slow to begin.  She's A Collinda and Pink Shoelaces collided soon after the start.  Nessa Shim and Pink Shoelaces collided on the first turn.  Nessa Shim checked off Pink Shoelaces entering the front straight and collided with Silky Sox.  Pink Shoelaces and Bubba's Silvia collided on the second turn checking Pink Shoelaces, Bubba's Silvia, Silky Sox and Nessa Shim. Spring Patsy faltered approaching the fourth turn and lost ground as a result. Silky Sox and Wilie Gee collided entering the home straight.  Willie Gee and Bubba's Silvia collided approaching the winning post. 

Spring Patsy was vetted and re-vetted following event 11.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right wrist and right deltoid injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Allen Portland - winner of the event.

Stewards spoke to Mrs B. Ennis, the trainer of Son Of Bekim regarding the scratching of the greyhound during the week. Mrs. Ennis indicated that she had intended to nominate the greyhound over a longer distance but inadvertently nominated for a 515 metre event. Taking into account the welfare of the greyhound concerned, Stewards permitted the scratching to take place without penalty. Stewards also reminded Mrs. Ennis of her responsibilities to ensure that she exercises caution with her nominations in future.  

Cactus Jack, Must Have and Moonlit Wings were slow to begin.

Stompin' and Pipeline Rumour collided approaching the first turn checking Pipeline Rumour.  Stompin', Must Have and Moonlit Wings collided on the first turn checking Stompin', Must Have and Lektra Uncut.  Stompin', Cactus Jack and Moonlit Wings collided approaching the second turn checking all three greyhounds.  Stompin' and Must Have collided approaching the third turn checking Stompin'.

A sample was taken from Igor Karkaroff - winner of the event.

A pre race sample was taken from Dark Jameson.

Blown Away was slow to begin.

Brakani, Simply Elite and Dark Jameson collided soon after the start.  Brakani and Simply Elite collided on the first turn checking Simply Elite and Dark Jameson, Simply Elite and Dark Jameson raced wide as a result.  Dash Of Rose crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Brakani.  Dash Of Rose and Brakani collided entering the home straight checking Brakani.

A sample was taken from Two Tone - winner of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Dr. Shiki upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling. 

Dr. Shiki was quick to begin.  Zipping Vito was slow to begin.

Veetee Gun, Miss Johannsen, Silverali and Fleet return collided soon after the start.  Veetee Gun faltered on the first turn and pulled up.  Fleet Return checked off Zipping Vito approaching the second turn and raced wide.  Trip To Eden and Silverali collided approaching hte second turn.  Silverali and Fleet Return collided on the home turn.  Trip To Eden and Tiny Bopper collided entering the home straight checking Tint Bopper.

Veetee Gun was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a broken hock and was humainly euthansed.
