Cullquin Nikki, Old Black Betty, Ray Ray Returns and Ollie Aztec collided on the first turn checking Old Black Betty, Ray Ray Returns and Ollie Aztec. Katie Alouette checked off Ollie Aztec approaching the home turn. Old Black Betty, Ray Ray Returns and Ollie Aztec collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds. Ollie Aztec and Ray Ray Returns raced wide entering the home straight. Velcoe crossed to the rail approaching the winning post.
