A pre-race sample was unable to be obtained from Richo Richo Girl upon arrival at the course, a subsequent pre-race sample prior to the event was taken.
Kayla Las was quick to begin. Nat was slow to begin. Richo Richo Girl, Here's The Trump and In Dee Gang collided soon after the start. Nat crossed to the rail on the first turn checking In Dee Gang and Jada's Joy and severely checking Richo Richo Girl and Here's The Trump.
Richo Richo Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right triangle muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
