Steward's Report
Ms. N. Tapp trainer of Noaki Buckley redeclared a new weight of 30.5kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Noaki Buckley last raced at 31.6kgs.
A pre race sample was taken from Chant.
Chant, Empire Allen and Zabimaru Bale collided soon after the start checking Chant. Noaki Buckley checked off Empire Allen on the first turn. Premier Hawk, Cruisen Billy, Hawka Tron and Hello Sunshine collided approaching the home turn checking Hawka Tron, Hello Sunshine, Empire Allen, Chant and Zabimaru Bale. Cruisen Billy raced wide on the home turn and entering the home straight. Noaki Buckley cramped in the home straight.
Noaki Buckley was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound had cramped. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Ms. N. Tapp, the trainer of the greyhound Noaki Buckley. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
