Bella Bullet and Magic Success collided soon after the start. Magic Success, Valentine Belle and Maximum Melva collided approaching the first turn checking Valentine Belle. Magic Success, Maximum Melva, Tigress Eight and Snitzel Von Krum collided on the first turn checking Maximum Melva, Tigress Eight and Snitzel Von Krum. Valentine Belle checked off Snitzel Von Krum on the first turn. Tigress Eight, Snitzel Von Krum and Valentine Belle collided approaching the home turn checking Tigress Eight. Snitzel Von Krum galloped on the heels of Maximum Melva approaching the home turn severely checking Valentine Belle and Snitzel Von Krum, Maximum Melva fell as a result.
