Steward's Report
This event was hand started following a malfunction with the trip mechanism.
Zelemar Doll, Our Miss Deena and Le Doyen were quick to begin. Dr. Ripped were slow to begin. Wot Price Flash was checked off Aston Regas on the first turn. Wot Price Flash raced wide in the back straight. Aston Regas was checked off Le Doyen approaching the second turn. Darcon Dash and Le Doyen collided on the second turn checking Le Doyen and Aston Regas.
Zelemar Doll was vetted following the event on the request of the trainer. It was reported that the greyhound was found to have a fractured left lower canine tooth, no stand down period was imposed.
A sample was taken from Wot Price Flash - winner of the event.
