Steward's Report
Slipaway Mavis and Dynamo's Miss collided soon after the start. Rain Stream, Slipaway Mavis, Dynamo's Miss, Dzeko and Dewana Babe collided on the first turn checking Rain Stream, Slipaway Mavis, Dynamo's Miss and Dzeko. Survivor Sal and Dewana Babe collided approaching the second turn. Slipaway Mavis checked off Dzeko on the fourth turn. Rain Stream and Dzeko collided on the fifth turn checking Rain Stream. Slipaway Mavis checked off Survivor Sal on the home turn. Rain Stream and Dynamo's Miss collided on the home turn. Slipaway Mavis checked off Dzeko entering the home straight. Dynamo's Miss eased in the home straight colliding with Rain Stream, checking Rain Stream.
Dynamo's Miss was vetted and was revetted following Race 6. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found. Stewards spoke to Representative, Mr R. Darby. Acting under GAR 69(A)(1), Stewards charged Dynamo's Miss with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Darby pleaded guilty to the charge, Dynamo's Miss was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sandown and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, All Tracks, pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
