Steward's Report
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Paw Kinsley.
Paw Waitara was quick to begin. Whipping Along was slow to begin.
Long Leef, racing manners in the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Trainer - Mr. Daniel Hawthorne regarding the racing manners of Long Reef in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr Hawthorne, viewing the available race footage, in particular the head-on vision, and having their own observations, a warning was issued.
