Gracas King was slow to begin. Lektra Luther, Hard Urned Burst, Slambam and Ketut's Kaput collided soon after the start checking all four greyhounds. Lektra Luther, Slambam and Ketut's Kaput collided on the first turn severely checking Ketut's Kaput; Lektra Luther and Slambam fell as a result.
Lektra Luther was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Slambam was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained grazing to its left metatarsal. No stand down period was imposed.
