Steward's Report
The start of this event was aborted and deemed a false start due to a lure malfunction. All greyhounds were removed from the starting boxes, underwent an examination by the On-Track Veterinarian, and subsequently passed fit to race in accordance with GAR 110(7). Track staff rectified the issue by replacing the lure battery, carriage and controller. Subsequently, the event was rescheduled to 3:25pm.
Inter Mary was quick to begin. Donatello Zeal was slow to begin.
Chicken Burger was severely checked after the winning post, underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the both hind tibia/fibula. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race urine sample was taken from Bank Robber - the winner of the event.

Steward's Report
Due to the delay in race two, the start of this event was rescheduled to 4:04pm.
On Repeat and Shanlyn Rover was quick to begin. Forward Step was slow to begin.
Dr. Ducky stumbled on the first turn after been galloped on by Shanlyn Rover, causing Poppy's Pal to fall. These greyhound's underwent post–race veterinary examinations:
- Dr. Ducky was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
- Shanlyn Rover was found to have abrasions to the left hind foot and hock. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr.
Colin Baker regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn. After hearing evidence from Mr. Baker, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their own observations, Stewards took no further action. Stewards took into careful consideration that Poppy's Pal fell in front of Shanlyn Rover after Shanlyn Rover was severely checked and the effect this incident would reasonably have had on the racing manners of Shanlyn Rover.
- Poppy's Pal was reported to have no apparent injury.

Steward's Report
Due to the delay in race two, the start of this event was rescheduled to 5:35pm.
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Hurricane Pat.
Stewards held the All Clear after the lure stopped approaching the first turn with the field of greyhounds catching the lure. Pursuant to GAR 110, the event was declared a ‘No Race’. All bets are to be refunded. The weights recorded for the greyhounds are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule at the greyhounds’ next start. Following the event, all greyhounds underwent post–race veterinary examinations -
Inter Terra, Bandari, Full Barrel and Rhine Star were reported to have no apparent injuries.
De Goey Pie was found to have a right fore toe fracture. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Hurricane Pat was found to have laceration to the right fore, above the stopper pad. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
Xarn Bale was found to have a spike wound to the right hind toe. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Dr. Narnia was found to have an abrasion to the right thigh. No stand down period was imposed.
Due to the mechanical issue with the lure that could not be rectified, the Stewards abandoned Races 10, 11 and 12, pursuant to GAR 111(4). All bets on greyhounds in the abandoned races are to be refunded. The weights recorded for the greyhounds in the abandoned races are void and do not count for the purposes of the weight rule at the greyhounds’ next start.
