Steward's Report
Aston Fantastic was quick to begin. Extremely Potent was slow to begin.
Fifty Short (incident in the catching pen), underwent a post-race veterinary examination. It was reported that the greyhound was fund to have a laceration t the left ear. A 14 day stand down period was imposed. It was noted that the muzzle on Fifty Short was wedged between its teeth on pulling up in the catching pen.
Extremely Potent – Ordered to wear an anti–aggression muzzle in all future events in accordance with GAR 131.
Aston Fantastic – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events, in accordance with GAR 106.
A post-race urine sample was taken from Aston Fantastic - the winner of the event.
