Steward's Report
Dynamism was very slow out. Heart Of Vane and Set The Fire were slow out. Heart Of Vane checked off the heels of Fly On Bonnie on the first turn. Heart Of Vane checked off the heels of Vintner's Cup in the front straight. Vintner's Cup, Heart of Vane and Fly On Bonnie collided on the third turn. Vintner's Cup and Heart of Vane collided approaching the fourth turn checking Vintner's Cup.
Vintner's Cup was vetted following the Event and Dr. Barbara Backhoy, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound was found to be injured in the left hock. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Backhoy, the Stewards will stand Vintner's Cup down from competing for 7 days.
