Steward's Report
Fortune Hazzit, Dyna Blaze and Slamm were slow out. This Time, Berman Bale and True Havoc collided on the first turn checking This Time and Sand Bag City causing Berman Bale to fall; Dyna Blaze and Mepunga Rose were checked as a result. Sand Bag City checked off the heels of This Time on the second turn. Dyna Blaze checked off the heels of True Havoc on the second turn. Mepunga Rose and True Havoc collided on the home turn.
Berman Bale was vetted following the Event and Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right leg. Berman Bale was subsequently euthenased.
True Havoc was also vetted following the Event and Dr. Bell reported that the greyhound sustained a small cut to the left hind leg. No stand down penalty was applied due to the minor extent of the wound.
