Stewards withdrew Foot Print at 6.25pm kennelling time after Dr. Michael Bell reported to the Stewards that the greyhound was presented for racing with an elevated temperature. Acting in accordance with AGRR 6(4), the Stewards will stand Foot Print down from competing for 10 days.
A pre-race swab sample was taken from Bahama Thunder.
Zambora United and Night Soul were slow out. Zambora United and Dyna Kayne collided soon after the start. Assassin's Son and Red Angus collided on the first turn. Tidal Prince and Zambora United collided on the first turn. Night Soul was held up for a run on the home turn. Zambora United, Dyna Kayne and Night Soul collided on the home turn.
