My Luck's In was a late scratching at 12:27pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr.R.Busch was fined the sum of $100.
Paris Heart and Fire's Gone Wild collided soon after the start. Fire's Gone Wild crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Kruezer Agogo. Pure Artemis checked off Pepsi Power approaching the first turn. Kruezer Agogo and Fire's Gone Wild collided approaching the first turn. Pepsi Power and Kruezer Agogo collided approaching the home turn. Paris Heart faltered approaching the home turn and tailed off.
Paris Heart was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn back muscle, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.
