New Recipe and Tequila Road were slow to begin. Samiotisa and Brilliant Burcov collided soon after the start. Jay Pod and Lass' Revenge collided approaching the first turn. Samiotisa and Set Them Up collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Tequila Road galloped on the heels of Set Them Up approaching the home turn checking Tequila Road. New Recipe galloped on the heels of Tequila Road approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds. Lass' Revenge checked off Set Them Up on the home turn.
