General:
In accordance with LRR 40.2, participants Ronald Fisher. Michael Niele, Jack Clarke, Sharon Bradley were issued with a warning regarding non–compliance with the GRV Dress Standards.
Stewards opened an inquiry into the conduct of Mr Garry Elliot prior to race 11 after he had a verbal altercation with Steward Mr Peter Watson. A charge under GAR 165(a) was issued against Mr Elliott for engaging in conduct that was detrimental and/or prejudicial to the image and/or interest of greyhound racing. Mr. Elliot pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $200 with $100 wholly suspended for a period of 12 months on the provision that Mr Elliott does not offend under this or a similar conduct related rule.
