Steward's Report
Catch The Outlaw and Joe Gem were quick to begin.
Just A Jester lost ground approaching the first turn underwent post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abrasions to the left hock. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Aaron Farley regarding Just A Jester's overall performance in the event. In accordance with GAR 122, the Stewards requested Mr. Farley to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Just A Jester in the event, which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event.
Supplementary Report 14/6/2024: Mr Aaron Farley, notified Stewards in accordance with GAR 122 that Just A Jester has pulled up sore in the right hip.
Meeting Comments
Mr Geoffrey Howell was reminded of his responsibilities to ensure all greyhounds are kennelled by the appointed kennelling time, pursuant to LR 39.1.
