Mini Minion – Late scratching at 4.48pm when Mr. Geoffrey Williamson reported the greyhound to have diahhroea (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
Semantic Queen (faltered and lost ground approaching the first turn, subsequently tailing off), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have injured the right monkey muscle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
