Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was taken from Leroy.
Happy Buddha, Move Of Magnus and Munakka were quick to begin. Ivory Snow Drop was slow to begin. Billy Spanner, Munakka and Ivory Snow Drop raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.
Happy Buddha (visibly eased and turned it's head outward in the home straight), underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Mr. Josh Duncan declined the option to have the greyhound re–examined.
Stewards spoke to Mr. Josh Duncan regarding Happy Buddha's racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, Happy Buddha was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Josh Duncan pleaded guilty to the charge. Happy Buddha was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mr. Brendon Jones pleaded guilty to the charge. Ivory Snow Drop was found guilty and was suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
