An out of competition sample was taken from Top Prairie on 13 July 2023, pursuant to GAR 139.
Thunder Pie, Margot and Aston japan were quick to begin. Retro Agogo was slow to begin.
Aston Keiko (severely checked and fell on the first turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right carpal sprain. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
