Got Held Up was a late scratching at 11:16pm due to injury (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Gold Bust was very slow to begin (3.5 Lengths). Justice Day was slow to begin. Colloquial, Super Bronie and Storm Force collided soon after the start. Colloquial, Storm Force and Necro Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Storm Force. Colloquial and Necro Bale collided on the first turn checking Colloquial. Super Bronie and Kiola Lachlan collided in the home straight. Kiola Lachlan checked off Super Bronie approaching the winning post. 

Stewards issued a warning to catcher Mr. Bailey Neave for his failure to produce and display his catching licence.

Orange Fisheggs and Kirabilli Steve were quick to begin. Tear Away Scar and El Carado were slow to begin. Orange Fisheggs and Kirabilli Steve collided soon after the start. Tear Away Scar and El Carado collided approaching the first turn checking Tear Away Scar. Orange Fisheggs checked off Kirabilli Steve approaching the home turn. El Carado checked off Crymelon Orbit on the home turn. Saint Gracie checked off Crymelon Orbit on the home turn. Saint Gracie and Crymelon Orbit collided several times in the home straight.

Tear Away Scar was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a injury to the left thigh and right pencil muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Tron's Son was quick to begin. Red Fusion, Kizmet Kooper and Thunder Flame were slow to begin. Guardian Bale, Thunder Flame and Tear Away Kuda collided soon after the start checking Thunder Flame. Tron's Son raced wide approaching the first turn and collided with Saint Gas. Kizmet Kooper checked off Red Fusion on the first turn. Thunder Flame checked off Tear Away Kuda on the first turn. Red Fusion checked off Lots Of Yap on the first turn. Saint Gas checked off Tron's Son on the first turn. Red Fusion checked off Lots Of Yap approaching the home turn. Lots Of Yap and Saint Gas collided approaching the winning post. 

Bills Back was quick to begin. Hettie Allen, Save Geronimo and Chevy Spark collided soon after the start. Neliel Bale checked off Tayler's Special on the first turn. Hettie Allen and Save Geronimo collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Tayler's Special checked off Chevy Spark approaching the home turn.

Hettie Allen was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right quadriceps, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Miss Jacovella was slow to begin. Miss Jacovella and Mid Air Crash collided approaching the first turn checking Mid Air Crash. Miss Jacovella, Presto Destini and Destini Shadow collided approaching the second turn severely checking Miss Jacovella and checking Mid Air Crash. Presto Destini and Destini Shadow collided on the second turn. Mid Air Crash raced wide in the back straight.

Mid Air Crash was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both monkey muscles and the left quadriceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Miss Jacovella was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained torn webbing to the right front foot, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Lemon Patchwork was quick to begin. Rapid Incline and Why Not Oscar were slow to begin. Go Rockin'Teddy and Why Not Oscar collided soon after the start. Lemon Patchwork checked off Rapid Incline on the first turn. Go Rockin'Teddy checked off Why Not Oscar on the first turn.

Tye Me Up was quick to begin. Relius Bale was slow to begin. Full of Grace and Golden Show Girl collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn checking Golden Show Girl. Full Of Grace galloped on the heels of Silver Rockstar on the first turn checking Silver Rockstar. Silver Rockstar, Elite Stress and Relius Bale collided on the first turn checking Elite Stress and severely checking Relius Bale and So Confused. Tye Me Up and Full Of Grace collided on the home turn. 

Wild Last Stress, Old Jock, Kalden Crixus and Santa's Special were slow to begin. Dyna Lemmy checked off Dee Tee approaching the first turn checking Kalden Crixus. Old Jock checked off Dyna Lemmy approaching the first turn causing Old Jock to stumble. Wild Last Stress checked off Dee Tee on the first turn checking Usain Burst. Wild Last Stress and Dyna Lemmy collided approaching the winning post.

Suspicious Tessa was slow to begin. Roger The Runner, Beauty Bale, Go On Then and Rusty Peg collided soon after the start checking Beauty Bale. Beauty Bale, Go On Then and Rusty Peg collided on the first turn checking Go On Then. Beauty Bale, Rusty Peg and Kifinti collided approaching the home turn checking Rusty Peg and Beauty Bale. Beauty Bale checked off the heels of Rusty Peg on the home turn. Go On Then raced wide on the home turn.

Allen Quarian and Vapour Caper were slow to begin. Cruisen Billy, Say Again, Magic Galo and Eye Adam collided soon after the start checking Say Again. Vapour Caper, Cruisen Billy, Magic Galo and Why Not Marie collided on the first turn checking Why Not Marie. Eye Adam and Allen Quarian collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Cruisen Billy checked off Vapour Caper approaching the home turn and raced wide approaching the home turn, on the home turn and in the home straight. Say Again and Eye Adam collided entering the home straight. Eye Adam and Vapour Caper collided several times in the home straight.

Why Not Marie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left and right monkey muscles, left and right quadriceps and right pencil muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Dimple Way was quick to begin. Lektra Stroke and Cudgee Destroyer were slow to begin. Lektra Stroke and Rumbalara Girl collided approaching the first turn. Phaser Bale, Superliner, Unbound and Cudgee Destroyer collided on the first turn checking Unbound, Superliner and Cudgee Destroyer. Lektra Stroke  checked off Rumbalara Girl on the first turn. Superliner, Unbound and Cudgee Destroyer collided approaching the home turn checking Superliner. Unbound and Cudgee Destroyer collided on the home turn. Rumbalara Girl and Cudgee Destroyer collided entering the home straight. Dimple Way faltered in the home straight and lost ground checking Rumbalara Girl. Unbound and Cudgee Destroyer collided approaching the winning post. 

Dimple Way was vetted and after being re-vetted following event twelve.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left and right pencil muscles and left and right quadriceps, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr.A.Hyde, the handler of the greyhound Dimple Way regarding the greyhounds perfomance over the concluding stages, Mr.Hyde stated that when he arrived at the catching pen shortly after the race he was of the opinion that the greyhound had crmaped.  Stewards deemed the performance of Dimple Way unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Dimple Way must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Mr.K.Mugavin, trainer of Sure Cheap redeclared a new weight of 27.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Sure Cheap last raced at 25.9kg.

Jett Setter and Jack's Prince collided soon after the start checking Jack's Prince. Hetalia Bale and El Bee Cee collided on the first turn. El Bee Cee checked off Jett Setter approaching the home turn. Jack's Prince raced wide on the home turn. Thomeli Bec and Lacka Detail collided in the home straight.
