Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Miss Gravity.
McKinnon Bale turned it's head outwards entering the home straight, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was re-vetted following 10:58pm – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Mr Jordan Bryce regarding McKinnon Bale’s racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 124, McKinnon Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Bryce pleaded guilty to the charge. McKinnon Bale was suspended for 28 days at Ballarat only and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted
