Galea had left the course, Stewards directed that My Girl Rissa undergo a veterinary examination at Healesville on 6 September, 2023.
Supplementary Report 6/9/23: My Girl Rissa, underwent a post–race veterinary examination at Healesville and was found to have a left carpal sprain. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
