Brooklyn Bounce and He's So Tough were slow to begin.
Brooklyn Bounce ,underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg back muscle injury and a left hindleg triangle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Robert Conway regarding the racing manners of Brooklyn Bounce in the home straight. After hearing submissions from Mr. Conway, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
